Learn how to help your little one(s) sleep better while taking a break for yourself at our relaxing Slumber Party. Bring your bestie or come alone, but make sure to bring all of your burning sleep questions. Kathryn Gouveia, certified pediatric sleep consultant and owner of Cloud 9 Sleep Consulting, LLC, will facilitate a monthly evening discussion group at The Mom Comm Studio focused on answering all of the things you want to know about sleep. Whether you need a quick sleep tune up or a complete overhaul, you'll leave this session feeling equipped to create healthy and happy sleep habits for your entire family. Free for members. $15 for non-members. The first Monday of every month at 8:00 PM.
